My main academic goal is to foster particular abilities and actively contribute to the FMB/NTU community while I finish my undergraduate degree in Fashion Marketing and Branding at Nottingham Trent University. I cannot exaggerate the importance of this aspect of my education and my academic achievement should boost my personal growth and my academic community's success. This twofold commitment comes from the understanding that leads to this knowledge. A prominent thread in my reflective journal is the cautious cultivation of particular skills. One of the most noticeable traits involves access to a curriculum that covers Visual and Cultural Influences and Digital Marketing and Communication has been invaluable to me as this has given me several talents (Walsh et al., 2020). In the last year, these talents must be thoroughly examined to identify key areas that require additional growth and specialisation.

Since my Chanel marketing internship was remote, I had a unique opportunity to utilise these skills in a professional setting. To evaluate and arrange popular items, obtain customer images, and predict fashion trends, one needed technical proficiency with PowerPoint, InDesign, and Excel, a sharp attention to detail, and strategic thinking, I knew at this point that all these are going to improve and enhance my portfolio and CV (Thompson and Thompson, 2023). This was essential for completion and I record these moments in my diary as examples of when my theoretical knowledge became practical ability to better comprehend them. I am grateful for the opportunity to take numerous important steps towards a professional career. These jumps show significant preparation improvements that would enable me to excel in my academic and professional career.

On the other hand, the reflective journal allows a person to record and honour FMB/NTU community efforts since its founding. This final year, it is not enough to concentrate on personal growth and one must also identify the academic environment's link. Participating in collaborative efforts like Project Me and Co Lab has been rewarding. The Co Lab was designed to facilitate communal learning by allowing participants to share ideas with their peers and it is important to record these collaborative efforts in the reflective notebook because they demonstrate community participation and a commitment to knowledge shared by the FMB/NTU community (Richardson et al., 2021).  In addition, the diary contains my thesis research on fairness products and Anglicised client behaviour in Asian beauty markets. Research was done on the Asian beauty business and in addition to being scholarly, this study contributes to the FMB/NTU community's discussion on the topic (Thompson and Thompson, 2023). It shows the spirit of inquiry and discovery that characterises our educational establishment and the diary entries detail all of the challenges, methods, and contributions of this investigation to knowledge.

Additionally, my journal entries summarise my involvement in a wide range of extracurricular activities and events throughout my academic career. As a Fashion Marketing and Branding student, I am quite involved and my year-long experiences have improved my capabilities significantly. Workshops, peer collaboration, and industry speaker presentations are examples (Richardson et al., 2021). Active interaction in the FMB/NTU student community may lead to overall growth, as the reflective diary archives these occurrences.
