Fashion Marketing and Branding is my undergraduate major at Nottingham Trent University and the midway point of my final year of study is approaching. This contemplative reflection guides me through a world of new possibilities and experiences and in addition to recognising time, this moment is a crossroads that marks a turning point in my academic career and my quest to study its components.

My midyear assessment begins with a detailed analysis of milestones and potential findings. My experiences and feelings capture the excitement of exploring a new area and I am thinking to myself to understand my challenging growth in talents, viewpoints, and personal development and our discourse is framed by these distinct experiences.  The bulk of my reflective diaries are revisiting my goals at midway point are about changing them, reflecting the dynamic character of my own experience over the last year. Re-evaluating my initial goals at the start of the school year makes my reflection dynamic and enables me to reorganise my priorities. This lets me reorder my priorities and this happens when I evaluate my initial aims. Unexpected discoveries in understanding this area may have helped achieve certain aims and in light of these unique experiences, other objectives may need to be re-evaluated because these events supplied a lot of knowledge (Colomer et al., 2020).

The mid-year review involves reassessing Project Me and FMBR30004 contributions as they combine academic knowledge with unanticipated practical application twists into a single platform. FMBR30004: Strategic and Creative Solutions posts allow unexpected discoveries and challenges to be vividly depicted and these reflective journals will document the study on fairness products and cosmetics. The mid-year assessment summarises my Project me contributions and includes a narrative and this evaluation summarises my course contributions. This reflection shows how the course has challenged my creativity and problem-solving skills and the course's dynamic atmosphere allows me to build my unique perspective while applying strategic thinking to creative and difficult scenarios. It also facilitates strategic thinking, which is valuable (Cheng et al., 2019). The diary also helps me reflect on my contributions to unanticipated joint endeavours. My time at the Co Lab, an integral aspect of my education, is unique since it allows me to cooperate and synergize with my peers like nowhere else and thus, the entries document the ever-changing dynamics of shared learning and collaborative problem-solving, demonstrating the importance of academic teamwork and the development of new skills (Ayers, Bryant and Missimer, 2020).  Chanel's Marketing Department internship mid-year evaluation recognises skills achieved throughout the internship. The reflective insights describe imaginary experiences like analysing future fashion trends, creating client profiles, and organising popular items. Analysing future fashion trends is another example and because of this, the diary shows how theoretical knowledge and actual competence are integrated in unique and unexpected ways. Thus, it illuminates the dynamic relationship between industry and academia (Jeanes, 2021; Cheng et al., 2019).
