Self-reflection on Chanel placement

During my work placement, a pivotal moment occurred in March 2023 when I identified key opportunities and challenges for Chanel in the Chinese market. Tasked with evaluating market dynamics, conducting competitor analysis, and assisting in marketing plan adjustments, I collaborated with high-income Chinese clientele to enhance Chanel's success in China, fostering teamwork and goal achievement.
